Does steam really clean without any chemicals?
Yes. 100°C steam dissolves grease and grime and kills bacteria solely thanks to high temperature and pressure — you don't need any detergents.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes — no chemical residue is left on surfaces. The steam itself is hot, so as with any steam-generating device, exercise standard caution during use.
How long does it take to heat up?
The device is ready to use within minutes of turning it on.
What accessories are included?
7 accessories: brass brush, nylon brush, angled nozzle, extension hose, floor tool and microfiber cloth (the number of accessories depends on the set).
What surfaces can I use it on?
Bathroom and grout, kitchen hood, grill grate, fireplace, car and home upholstery, panels and tiles. It is not recommended for use on surfaces sensitive to high temperatures without prior testing in an inconspicuous area.
